Product colors and appearance may vary slightly depending on your device or screen settings. Packaging may also change when manufacturers update their designs.
Trading Cards and Hobby Boxes
Unless clearly stated otherwise on the product page, trading card products are sold as sealed products.
The cards contained inside sealed packs and hobby boxes are determined by the manufacturer. Shaveam does not guarantee that a sealed product will contain any specific player, character, autograph, memorabilia card, parallel, insert, or card of a particular value.
Prices and Payments
Prices are displayed in United States dollars unless stated otherwise.
Applicable taxes and shipping charges, if any, will be shown during checkout before payment is completed.
Payment must be made using an available payment method at checkout. We reserve the right to correct pricing or product information errors before accepting an order.
Order Acceptance
After placing an order, you may receive an email confirming that we have received it. This confirmation does not necessarily mean that the order has been accepted.
We may cancel or refuse an order due to product availability, payment issues, suspected fraud, incorrect information, or pricing errors. If payment has already been collected for a canceled order, we will issue a refund to the original payment method.
Order Cancellations
If you wish to cancel an order, contact support@shaveam.shop as soon as possible.
We will try to cancel the order before it is processed or shipped. If the order has already been shipped, you may request a return after delivery under our Return and Refund Policy.
Shipping and Delivery
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days.
After processing, estimated delivery within the United States is 3–5 business days. Business days exclude weekends and public holidays.
Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, holidays, incorrect addresses, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Returns and Refunds
Returns are accepted within 30 days from the date of delivery.
All products are eligible for return, and there are no final sale items. Return shipping is completely free within the United States, and we do not charge restocking fees.
Returns must follow the requirements and instructions stated in our Return and Refund Policy.
Product Condition and Opened Products
Returned products should be in the same condition in which they were received and include the original packaging and accessories whenever possible.
Because opening sealed trading card products changes their condition and contents, please contact us before returning an opened product. This does not affect your rights regarding products that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
Inspect your order after delivery. If a product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact support@shaveam.shop with your order number and details of the issue.
We may request photographs to help review the issue and provide an appropriate replacement, return, or refund.
Intellectual Property
Website content, including text, graphics, branding, logos, images, and design elements, belongs to Shaveam or the respective rights holders and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
